Privacy Policy

• Information you submit. When you use our contact form, we collect first name, last name, business email address, business name, and optionally business phone number and the content of your message.
• Standard technical logs. Our hosting provider automatically records information such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamp for every request. These logs are used for security, troubleshooting, and reliability.
• We do not require account creation, and we do not currently use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking technologies on this site.

• To respond to your inquiry and discuss advertising opportunities across our cruise line network.
• To send an automated confirmation that your message was received, and to follow up with you about your inquiry.
• The contact form is intended for business contact information only. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through it.

• Contact form submissions are stored in our website and database platform, Lovable, and are also delivered to our business email.
• Email is sent through Lovable's built-in email service, which uses Mailgun as its delivery provider. Lovable and Mailgun act as service providers processing this information on our behalf, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
• Your information is protected by commercially reasonable safeguards.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

• This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Only strictly necessary technical storage is used to make pages function.
• Because we do not track visitors across third-party websites, we do not respond differently to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control browser signals.
• If we add measurement or advertising technology in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.

• You can opt out of our emails at any time by replying to any message, by emailing hello@voyagermedia.com, or by using the unsubscribe link where one is included.
• Addresses that opt out are added to a suppression list so that we stop contacting you. The address is retained solely for that purpose.

• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you.
• Email hello@voyagermedia.com. Including DATA REMOVAL REQUEST in the subject line helps us route your message quickly, but we will honor any request we receive regardless of how it is labeled.
• We respond to requests within 45 days.
• We honor deletion requests except where we must retain a record to respect a prior opt-out, or where retention is required by law.

• We retain inquiry records for 48 months after our last contact with you, and then delete them.
• Suppression list entries are retained indefinitely so that we can continue to honor your opt-out.

This site is intended for advertising and media professionals and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
